Privacy Policy

Information you send us.

When you use the NDA request or enquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. Please don't send investor information, personal financial details or offering terms through the forms. We don't need them to start, and the forms aren't built for them.

Technical information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. The contact form also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies.

We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, pixels or similar tools. Our hosting provider sets one technical cookie (named GAESA) that routes your requests to the right server. It isn't used for advertising or to follow you across other sites.

The Exemption Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers aren't sent to us or stored.

To reply to you, send the NDA you asked for, discuss a possible engagement, keep business records, protect the site from spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for targeted advertising, and we don't use it to train artificial-intelligence models. A few service providers process it on our behalf:

• ■Porkbun: domain name and email forwarding

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

We keep form submissions and related emails while we're in touch. If an inquiry doesn't become an engagement, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for the engagement and afterward as long as the law or the engagement agreement requires. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and profiling. We honor these requests from everyone, wherever you live.

To make a request, email jack@mediajacksystems.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call (970) 401-0185. We'll confirm the request against the contact details you gave us and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent. Using these rights won't change how we treat you.

If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll respond within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general. In Colorado, that's the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share it in the first place, so nothing else is needed.

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we'll say so at the top of this page.
